What Is Quality?
What is Quality?
The quality is the metre of achievement of requirement. Often it is a perception or a measurement because different persons appreciate him with different ways. Is possible the evaluation of metre in how much the quality corresponds in predetermined requirements of use, benefit of service, reliability, cost, delivery, or that other specification. Terms as bad quality they show that we have failed in the satisfactory planning, production of products or benefit of services that would cover the requirements of customer.
The customers have the right to expect that the bought goods cover their needs and as generally speaking wish the goods and the services they are offered in the lower price. In order to they ensure that the products and the services cover the predetermined criteria, the suppliers should ensure that they comprehend the requirements and at extension they are capable him to satisfy (guarantee of quality) and that they can this him ratify (qualitative control). Only then the customer is satisfied in regular base and the quality has been achieved. Consequently the quality can be fixed as:
“the degree at which a team from innate characteristics satisfies the requirements”
(ISO 9000:2008)
Is explicit from the use of term “innate” that the quality should be drawn in t o product or the service and that the quality can vary from bad as most excellent, depending on the degree in which the requirements have been satisfied.
